This issue is already reported https://github.com/wso2/product-is/issues/9491. This is becuase, third party cookies are blocked by Chrome during OIDC session management. In the latest pickup samples, we are using OIDC back-channel logout.. You can clone https://github.com/wso2/samples-is/tree/master/sso-samples/oidc-sso-sample and build the application. Other wise, you can allow your browser to use third party cookies. That will resolve this cookie issue
